The Dr. Gregory M. Sadlek CLASS Dean’s Opportunity Fund

Dean Emeritus Gregory Sadlek

The Cleveland Teaching Collaborative received tremendous support from The Dr. Gregory M. Sadlek CLASS Dean’s Opportunity Fund. Beginning in 2004, Dean Sadlek led the Cleveland State University College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences (CLASS) for fourteen years. Serving as the first dean of a newly formed college, he paved the way for future generations of creative arts, humanities, and social science education at Cleveland State. As CLASS visiting committee Chairperson Chris Hendryx noted, “The growth and advancement of CLASS under [Sadlek’s] leadership are evident in our students, curriculum, and alumni engagement.” The Cleveland Teaching Collaborative is honored to use these funds to continue our projects supporting educators from across institutions, ranks, and disciplines.
